Our STORY
The 3 Palms Group is a boutique property development specialist based in the Hunter. We are a family team of three women who have worked together on a range of property development projects over the last 10 years.
Donna Farragher
With over 20 years in the property and asset management industry working for large organisations managing property contracts, and as strategic planner / asset manager for an organisation with a billion dollar asset portfolio.
Property Development has always been Donna’s passion and life goal, and this has resulted in successful work as an investor, property developer and project manager. Donna has a track record in doing subdivisions, renovations, new builds and establishing and managing Airbnb’s. When you work with Donna you can expect your project to run on time, to budget and to a high standard.
Sara Farragher
3rd year Law/Criminology student who has completed several property mentoring programs and has a passion for property. Sara has been working beside her mother (Donna) on property projects for over 7 years. Sara has completed several renovations, established several Airbnb’s and taken responsibility for their ongoing management.
Lili Farragher
2nd year Liberal Arts and Science student who also has a passion for property. Lili is also currently studying property development through a mentoring program and has worked on renovation projects and the management of Airbnb’s.
